The most effective way of weight loss is to reduce the amount of food, such as reducing the consumption of a dinner with exercise not only exercises without diet. The exercise will control increasing of weight. Another best way to diet is to have corrected vegetarian food.

Vegetarian food has many merits even it use for lose weight but also help to cure many kinds of diseases such as diabetes, heart disease, slow down Alzheimer’s disease.
The research of Martha Clare Morris at University of Rush University Medical Center of Chicago recently found that eating more vegetables food is good resulted in improved health of the brain, slow down the Alzheimer's disease. She studied for 6 years and found that those who eat much vegetables food two meals a day have less declines and look 5 years younger than usual. Research in Chicago who studied in men and women for 2,000 people found that eating more vegetables food is likely to slow down Alzheimer's disease.
